Centrepiece is your chance to meet the makers.
Your chance to get to know and buy direct from a group of Birmingham’s most talented contemporary jewellery designer makers; who will be offering their work for sale for the five weeks leading up to Christmas.
There are names and real personalities behind the Jewellery you will see displayed. Ask and you will find that all of the designer makers showing are working from their own studios, many from within the Jewellery Quarter here in Birmingham, most of them will be supplying galleries and outlets nationally and some are selling their work internationally.
There are 28 makers showing this year, 28 completely different styles, 28 different approaches to jewellery, 28 different stories. You will be spoilt for choice whatever style your looking for, from fresh and funky to precious and elegant, there is a whole treasure trove of different ideas, materials and processes to choose from.
Two designers will be on hand each day and will be happy to talk to you about the way they make their jewellery and share their advice and expertise to help you find just the right piece of jewellery. You may even want to commission something extraordinary!
