Delivery
Centrepiece aims to send your order to you as quickly as possible. Many of our pieces ship directly from the designer within 2 to 5 working days. However it’s important to note that some pieces will be made to order and could take up to 6 weeks to deliver. Please check the individual item’s information to establish the delivery times for each piece.
If your order is urgent or you have a special date that you require a piece for please do get in touch with us at hello@centrepiece-jewellery.co.uk – it may be possible to arrange faster or next day delivery on many items.
UK Delivery
Free UK delivery is included in the prices listed on the site.
All our items despatched to the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. It is important to note that this service requires a signature upon delivery.
International Delivery:
International delivery costs are calculated individually, depending upon the destination. Please contact us at hello@centrepiece-jewellery.co.uk for a quote and delivery estimate before placing your order.
Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your Centrepiece purchase and you wish to return it to us you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of the item. Contact us at hello@centrepiece-jewellery.co.uk and we will provide you with a Returns Number. The items must then be returned within 7 working days and we will arrange a full refund or exchange (excluding any postal charges) within 7 working days. Please note that some items are exempt from this policy (see below).
We suggest that you return items to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which is insured, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
Returns
Due to the nature of the work we regret that some of the items sold by Centrepiece are non-returnable. These include:
- Earrings for pierced ears (for reasons of hygiene).
- When a ring, bangle, bracelet or other item has been sized specially for you.
- Necklaces with lengths differing from those offered.
- Personalised items with customised text on them.
- Individually commissioned pieces.
Please note that in some circumstances alterations and re-sizing may be possible at the discretion of the designer but are likely to incur extra cost.

Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please inform us at hello@centrepiece-jewellery.co.uk within 3 working days and we will arrange for a refund or a replacement.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order you must notify us by email to hello@centrepiece-jewellery.co.uk before the item has been dispatched to you.
If the goods have already been dispatched to you please follow our returns procedure above.
Commissioned pieces cannot be cancelled once payment has been received unless by agreement with Centrepiece. Once the designer maker has started your order it is unlikely that a cancellation for a full refund will be possible. However if you contact us (hello@centrepiece-jewellery.co.uk) as soon as possible we will consult with the maker and determine if it will be possible to cancel your order.
